We were moving into the area from up north and not totally familiar with the area. Zach did all the research we needed and was totally prepared when we looked at homes. Because of our schedules, he had to meet us during odd times of the week/weekends and was very gracious and always willing to meet when we needed him. Zach walked us through the entire process, negotiated the best price/offer and was a blessing to us clear through closing and after the sale on additional items we needed.
